Homeacres climate is mild, temperate, oceanic. Many of you will experience more extremes, and I appreciate that we are fortunate not to have them.
Weather has been a strong hobby of mine since 1973, when I started keeping records. Since March this year, I have a Devis weather station at Homeacres. We work to share its records online, however the upload speeds are slow at Homeacres. Just now after uploading this video (took 11 hours), the weather station’s connection was upset, and needs restoring by Geoff Webber, our local expert.
The link is on my website, where for example you can see what happened in June 2020 and the weather now is
Weather station is Davis Vantage Pro2, connected to computer via WeatherLink Live. Add-on is Davis UV & Solar Sensor.
My go-to place for weather forecasts and records is the UK Met Office. This is their forecast for my area today, 5th July 2020
