राशन कार्ड खाद्य सुरक्षा योजना में जोड़ने के लिए ऑनलाइन फॉर्म भरने शुरू हो गए है। जिस राशन कार्ड से गेहूं नहीं मिलता है वो अपने राशन कार्ड को खाद्य सुरक्षा योजना में जोड़कर अपने राशन कार्ड से गेहूं ले सकता है।
Online form filling has started for linking ration card to food security scheme. Those who do not get wheat from their ration card can get wheat from their ration card by linking it to the food security scheme.
खाद्य सुरक्षा की प्राथमिकता सूची से जोड़ने की प्रक्रिया में सरलीकरण हेतु खाद्य एवं नागरिक आपूर्ति विभाग द्वारा जारी निर्देशानुसार इच्छुक व्यक्ति अथवा परिवार को निर्धारित प्रारूप में आवेदन करना होगा। आवेदन स्वयं/ई मित्र के जरिए किया जा सकेगा। आवेदक को अपनी श्रेणी यथा अन्त्योदय, बीपीएल, स्टेट बीपीएल के कार्ड की क्रमांक संख्या, सीमान्त कृषक, श्रमिक कार्ड एवं सफाई कर्मचारी होने के दस्तावेजी साक्ष्य स्वयं हस्ताक्षरित कर आवेदन के साथ संलग्न करने होंगे। साथ ही आवेदक को यह शपथ पत्र देना अनिवार्य होगा कि वह खाद्य सुरक्षा की निष्कासन सूची की किसी भी श्रेणी के आधार पर अपात्र नहीं है।

खाद्य एवं नागरिक आपूर्ति विभाग द्वारा ज़ारी निर्देशानुसार खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम से जोड़ने हेतु प्राप्त आवेदन निस्तारण हेतु संबंधित अपीलीय अधिकारी के समक्ष ऑनलाइन किया जाएगा। अपीलीय अधिकारी द्वारा राष्ट्रीय खाद्य सुरक्षा योजनान्तर्गत नाम जोड़ने/नहीं जोड़ने की कार्यवाही आवेदन प्राप्त होने के एक माह के भीतर संपन्न की जायेगी।
