Just to let you know Microsoft Forcing Automatic Update to Windows 11 24H2 on computers that have 22H2 or 23H2. The Windows 11 24H2 update will now start to automatically update these computers.
Microsoft have said: We have reached a new stage in the phased rollout of version 24H2. Eligible devices running Home and Pro editions of Windows 11, versions 23H2 and 22H2 will be gradually updated to version 24H2. This automatic update targets only devices that are not managed by IT departments. Users can choose the time to restart their device or postpone the update. More info can be found below.

To defer feature updates in Windows 11, you can use the Group Policy Editor or pause updates in Settings

Group Policy Editor
Type “GPEDIT” in the Windows Search field
Click Edit Group Policy
Navigate to Computer Configuration / Administrative Templates / Windows Components / Windows Update / Windows Update offered from Windows Update
Double-click Select when Preview builds and Feature Updates are received
Select Enabled
Set the delay days
Click OK
Restart the computer
