Using the Etsy App? Digital files aren’t available for download through the Etsy app. Please sign in to Etsy using your mobile browser or a computer to download files.

Opening Etsy from an Email Link? Be sure to sign out of the app first, then go to Etsy.com directly in your browser.

If you have an Etsy account, you can download files by going to You then Purchases and Reviews and selecting Download Files next to your order. If you don’t see this option, please reach out to Etsy.

Please Note: Once we upload a file to Etsy, Etsy is responsible for storing and delivering it. We don’t have access to make changes, resend invoices, or manually send files, as emailing files is against Etsy’s policies. For any technical help, please contact Etsy directly.

Pattern Modifications: If you’re feeling adventurous and want to make a few tweaks, we encourage you to go for it! However, please know that any changes you decide to make are entirely up to you, and we’re unable to provide support for modifications outside of what’s included in our patterns and video tutorials.
